Bagaimana membawa meditasi formal kita terintegrasi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari? Karena seperti yang diajarkan Mingyur Rinpoche, “Sejatinya kita dapat bermeditasi kapan saja, dimana saja, bahkan di tengah kota, dan oleh karenanya kita dapat berbahagia kapan saja, dimana saja, meskipun ditengah persoalan.”

Meditation doesn’t stop when we leave meditation cushion. We will feel the benefit of meditation if we can bring meditation into our daily life. As Mingyur Rinpoche said, “We can meditate anywhere, anytime, even in the down town, therefore we can be happy, anytime, anywhere, even in the middle of problems.”
