The intention to meditate

Since mindfulness is already present, just making the effort to connect with it will develop your awareness of it. If you keep practicing, gradually you might feel a little something, a sense of calmness or peace of mind that is slightly different from your ordinary state of mind. When you begin to experience that, you’ll intuitively understand the difference between the distracted mind and the undistracted mind of meditation.

    Niat untuk bermeditasi lebih penting daripada apa yang terjadi saat bermeditasi. Karena Kesadaran itu selalu ada, kita hanya sedikit berusaha untuk semakin mengenalinya saja. Apabila anda terus berlatih, pelan-pelan anda mungkin akan mengalami kedamaian batin, ketenangan yang berbeda dengan kondisi batin yang biasanya anda rasakan.
