Isha Yoga during Lunch Hour

Isha Yoga during Lunch Hour

In conjunction with International Day of Yoga and our Isha Yoga Festival, we are pleased to announce that we will be offering Isha Yoga during Lunch Hour for the first time.

There are a variety of sessions available starting from 15 June for two weeks.

Meditation for Mental Health

Introduces Nadi Shuddhi - a powerful yogic practice which balances the energy system and Isha Kriya, which brings psychological wellbeing.

Yoga for Holistic Health 

Introduces Simha Kriya and Isha Kriya - simple tools that one can do to boost respiratory health and being health, dynamism, peace and well-being to our lives.

Yoga for Wellness

Simple and potent yogic practices which benefit the entire body including activating the lumbar region.
