Tackling the Challenges of Big Data from MIT Professional Ed
edX and LaunchCode

We've been working with the St. Louis based nonprofit,LaunchCode on a pilot program to train aspiring coders and connect them with apprenticeship and job opportunities. LaunchCode hosted city-wide study sessions to support the HarvardX CS50x Introduction to Computer Science class.
Course instructor, David Malan, and his team even headed to St. Louis for a course hackathon! The pilot program has recently finished and the success stories are already rolling in. We are proud of the work LaunchCode and the CS50 Team have done to transform people's lives.
