Last chance to join us for our virtual retreat + weekly resources for resilience

Greetings,

This week, in addition to our Resources for Resilience, which I've listed for you below, I also want to remind you that you have 24 hours left to sign up for our virtual retreat happening this weekend, April 18th and 19th.

The two-day immersion will feature archival Ram Dass teachings and practical guidance along with ancient mystical traditions, poetry, music, chant and meditation practice to help us transform the chaos of uncertainty into an opportunity to love and serve more fearlessly in this turbulent moment.

As we gather in virtual community during this time of global crisis, we draw from the wellspring of perennial wisdom to restore sanity and balance in our own souls and strengthen ourselves to be a source of goodness in the world.

Click here to sign up for the virtual retreat.

Registration for this retreat ends tomorrow, Friday, April 17th at 6pm PDT / 9pm EDT.

In addition to the retreat invitation, below you'll find a Ram Dass article on griefpodcasts on emotional resilience and a short Ram Dass meditation on equanimity that we've sourced for you this week.

I will be in touch next week with more content.

Sending love and virtual hugs!
