Live Streamed Teaching This Thursday and Other News

Myoshin Kelley Lessons of Compassion and WisdomAs uncertainty surrounds us, we find ourselves living in a world that bears little resemblance to what was, and unsure of what will come to be. Amidst this radical reorientation, how can we find the space to listen, to learn, and to grow? During this live talk, Tergar Instructor Myoshin Kelley will explore how we can use this moment as a way of letting go of what is no longer needed or serving us. We will discover how to listen to our innate wisdom that comes through finding intimacy with ourselves and all beings.
Join us for a live streamed teaching with Tergar Instructor Myoshin Kelley on Thursday, April 9 at 8:00 PM EDT. View your local time here.
If you would like a reminder, you can "Set reminder" on the YouTube page for the event. You will need to be signed into your YouTube account to do this. There will be Q&A at the end of the teaching. Please enter your questions for Myoshin in the YouTube live chat with the tag #AskMyoshin.
Watch on YouTubeFor those who were unable to attend or who want to review the material from Mingyur Rinpoche's recent live teaching, Transforming Anxiety into Awareness, you can find the recording here. He will be speaking again this Sunday, April 12 at 12:00 Noon EDT. Please watch for an announcement, or subscribe to the Tergar Meditation Community YouTube channel for notifications.
Guided Meditation on Compassion for OneselfOn April 5, Rinpoche led us in a guided meditation using physical sensation as a support for our awareness. Here is a downloadable Guided Meditation on Awareness and the Senses with Cortland Dahl guiding. Please note that there are long gaps of silence in this recording, during which you can be aware of any sensation in your body, so keep listening!
Watch on YouTubeRemember that you can always watch past talks by instructors and Mingyur Rinpoche on the Tergar Meditation Community YouTube channel. Please be sure to subscribe to the channel if you are a YouTube user; there will be more videos and webinars coming.
Please visit the Tergar website for a special page with more resources to help you study and practice during this time of isolation. We will be announcing more live streamed events soon.

May you, your loved ones, and your communities be safe and healthy.

Sincerely,
