Lessons From the Pandemic

“Confidence cannot mature without the acceptance of uncertainty—
a lesson that I was just beginning to learn”

Mingyur Rinpoche

The coronavirus pandemic has brought us waves of painful experiences. We have had to face uncertainty, isolation, illness, and even death. Such difficult situations can shake us awake, helping us to recognize crucial life lessons that we might have otherwise not have acknowledged. This week Mingyur Rinpoche and Tergar Instructors will reflect on some important points that we can learn from these challenging times.

Due to unstable Internet connection in Nepal, Mingyur Rinpoche's teaching will be recorded in advance and published as a YouTube Premiere on Sunday on the Tergar Meditation Community channel.
