Ram Dass - Love Serve Remember Foundation

From the Archives: Ram Dass Interviews Rev. Matthew Fox at the 1995 State of the World Forum

Matthew Fox is a spiritual theologian, an Episcopal priest and an activist for gender justice and eco-justice. His life work has involved establishing a new pedagogy for spirituality and learning - melding the ancient Western wisdom tradition with contemporary science and mysticism.

In 1995, Ram Dass joined Rev. Fox at the State of the World Forum in San Francisco for a beautiful hour-long exchange about the importance of creativity and community within spirituality, sharing methods for accessing our true heart - our Divine origins - through a variety of traditions and multi-denominational mysticism.

We've just rediscovered their conversation in our archives, and we're delighted to share it with you:

Matthew Fox and our Bhakti sister, inter-spiritual author and teacher Mirabai Starr, for an upcoming course on nagivating these difficult times through the lens of Julian of Norwich, the renowned 14th-century Christian mystic and theologian who lived in a time marked by war, social unrest, and the deadliest pandemic in human history.
