Why Great Leaders Are Coaches

Wisdom Of The Week

“Leadership is recognizing that we are all ONE. That every person you lead is as brilliant as you, as talented as you, and has the same capacity for growth and accomplishment. They simply need to be reminded of this fact.”

A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER

“The Eve Question.”

“The Eve Question.”

President Obama said that having children is “like having your heart outside of your body all the time, walking around.”

And I would add, doing stupid things you would never do. And this brings me to Eve’s missing teeth.

She lost them in a trampoline related martial arts battle with her brother. Involving flying kicks and lots of blood.

And so I now call her “toothless”. But I love what remains of her just the same.

In every decision I make in life I ask myself what I call “The Eve Question.”

Will my actions help create a better world for Eve and all other young children like her who will inherit our planet, our ways of life, our social and environmental systems?

“The Eve Question” governs every decision I make in Mindvalley.

And it governs my activism.

I think all of us need to be asking such questions more.

“Will this action make our planet better off for our children?”.
