Cultivating awareness, loving-kindness, and wisdom in the face of difficult emotions often represents the most challenging aspect of the path. Yet, at the heart of these emotions, wisdom can be found. In this program, Mingyur Rinpoche will introduce impactful practices related to the three levels of the Joy of Living training. Each practice is aimed at providing tools to navigate difficult emotions with greater ease. This program is open to everyone.
Recordings of Rinpoche's teaching sessions will be posted within 72 hours after the last session and be available up to 1 month after the retreat ends. |
