Foundations in Contemplative Care:
Learn, Practice, Serve

~ An Online Info Session ~
with
Sensei Chodo Campbell and Sensei Koshin Paley Ellison

Exploring our capacity to deepen our relationship with ourselves and others and the impact of the Foundations in Contemplative Care, a rigorous nine-month training program offered through the
New York Zen Center for Contemplative Care.

Monday, February 28th, from 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm ET

We find ourselves in unprecedented times as a global community in crisis. Amid impermanence and isolation, we are being fervently called upon to respond to the suffering in the world. How can we show up entirely to the present moment? How can we be resilient in new ways to serve others? How will we answer this call?

Led by New York Zen Center’s founders and Zen Teachers Sensei Chodo Campbell and Sensei Koshin Paley Ellison, Foundations in Contemplative Care is an opportunity for anyone wishing to learn to be a spiritual care partner and deepen their relationship with themselves and others.

Contemplative carepartners work from a perspective of nurturing trust and collaboration, understanding that each encounter has the potential to promote intimacy and resilience amid suffering. Now more than ever, the Zen Center is committed to training and supporting carepartners in a contemplative approach to care.

Join us for this free online event with Sensei Koshin and Sensei Chodo, and learn more about the impact of the Foundations program. They will discuss the transformative and practical aspects of contemplative care.

Together we will learn, practice, and serve.
