This series is designed to awaken the spirit of personal inquiry by combining contemplative practice and academic study. Through four courses (each about six hours of material), you’ll gain deep insight into the central pillars of Buddhist philosophy and practice to deepen your contemplative journey and encourage greater well-being in your life. You’ll explore:

  • The bodhisattva path of wisdom and compassion
  • Selflessness and emptiness
  • Buddhanature and the qualities of enlightenment
