RETREAT COURSE: Mingyur Rinpoche explains that developing a formal meditation practice is like first gathering tiny splinters of wood or grass for a fire. As the fire grows, you add more fuel. Similarly, retreats extend and deepen your formal practice. They allow you to stoke the flames consistently, creating lasting transformation.

Subscribers to Vajrayana Online will enjoy a three-month course on retreat with Mingyur Rinpoche.
