To help introduce the course and answer any questions you may have, Tergar guides Kasumi Kato and Lucas Henriksson will host a "Retreat Course Welcome Webinar: The importance of retreat in the Buddhist tradition" on March 12. As you will read below, Kasumi and Lucas bring a wealth of practice experience. We hope you can join us!

Kasumi Kato In 2011, Kasumi encountered Tergar and Mingyur Rinpoche’s teachings and has been practicing under his guidance ever since. She has completed over a year in solitary meditation retreat, practicing ngondro and Nectar of the Path. She has also been a guide for the Path of Liberation retreats and the Exploring Buddhism series. Lucas Henriksson Lucas started his ngondro practice in his early 20s and has been a guide for Tergar’s Path of Liberation retreats, covering the ngondro and Nectar of the Path practices, since Mingyur Rinpoche returned from his wandering retreat in 2015. Lucas is also the curriculum writer for all courses in Vajrayana Online.
