The Year-Long Transmission

The 2024/2025 transmission is focused on Buddhist Psychology or the Abhidharma (Abhi = higher and dharma = phenomena) and will be accompanied by a text that Mingyur Rinpoche wrote entitled Stainless Prajna. In this video Rinpoche invites us to receive these step-by-step teachings, which will help us to eventually recognize the true nature of our mind and matter.
