What's Christmas Meaning?

There is a man who does not believe in God, and he does not hesitate to let others know how he feels about religion and his holidays, like Christmas. In contrast to his beloved wife, and he brought their children also to have faith in God and Jesus, even though her husband always belittled him.

In one Christmas event, his wife took their children to Christmas Eve events in the farming community where they lived. She asked her husband to come, but her husband refused.
"The story is nonsense! "Said the husband. "Why did God lower Himself to come to earth as human beings? That's ridiculous! "

His wife and children left, but he stayed home.

Moments later, the wind blew stronger and the snow turned into a storm. The man looked out the window, he only saw a snow storm blocking his eyesight. He sat relaxing in front of the fire in the fireplace.

Soon, he heard a loud voice. Something had hit the window. Then the sound again. He looked out, but could not see clearly. When the storm subsided a bit, he ventured out to see what had hit the window. In the field near his house, he saw a flock of wild geese. Apparently they flew south during the winter and they were caught in a snowstorm and could not continue the journey. They are lost and stranded in their fields, without food or shelter. They just flap their wings and fly low around the field, blindly and aimlessly. Some of them had flown into the window.

The man feels sorry for the geese and wants to help them. He has a warehouse that will be a great place for them to take shelter, which is warm and safe. They can spend the night there and wait for the storm to stop. So he walked into the barn and opened the wide door, then watched and waited, hoping they would see the barn open and go inside. But the goose only moves aimlessly and does not seem to notice the barn or realize it. The man tries to get their attention, but they are scared and away.
She went into the house and came out with some bread, breaking and making a trail of bread that led to the barn. They still did not enter.

Frustrated, he backs them and tries to drive them toward the barn, but they just become more scared and scattered in all directions, not toward the barn. Nothing he can get them to go to the barn where they will be warm and safe.
"Why do not they follow me ?! "She exclaimed. "They can not see this is the only place where they can survive the storm?"

He thought for a moment and realized that they would not follow humans. "If only I had a goose, then I could save them," he said out loud.

Then he had an idea. He had a goose. He goes to the warehouse and carries it in his arms, and revolves around the back of a wild goose flock. When he took off the goose. The goose flew through the crowd and went straight into the barn. One by one, wild geese follow him to safety.

The man stood still and silence some of the words spoken a few minutes earlier played in his mind: If only I had a goose, then I could save them! Then he thought about what he had said to his wife before. "Why does God want to be like us? That's ridiculous! "Suddenly it makes sense. That's what God has done. We are like wild geese - blind, lost, confused, dying. So God sent His Son to be like us, so that He can show us the way of truth and save us. That's what Christmas means!

As the wind and the snowstorm subsided, his soul became calm and contemplated this beautiful mind. Suddenly he understood what Christmas meant and why Christ had come. Years of doubt and distrust disappeared as a storm passed by. He fell to his knees in the snow and prayed for the first time: "Thank you, Lord, has come in human form to get me out of the storm"

"This is how God's love is revealed in our midst, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we may live by Him.

This is love: We have not loved God, but the God who loved us and sent his Son atonement for our sins. "1 John 4: 9-10

Merry Christmas .. Peace of Christ with us ..
