A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER

Developing a Superbrain

Developing a Superbrain

Every time I give talks or interviews, people ask me how I remember quotes, ideas, and information from many different disciplines.

And I assure you, it’s not because I’m smarter than other people.

But over the years, I learned something far more important than my college education.

I learned HOW TO LEARN. And this allowed me to speed read, remember with ease, and fluidly connect the dots between ideas. It allowed me to write two New York Times Best-Sellers, build a massive media company and be incredibly sharp in my thinking.

But all of this, anyone can do.

And it begins with learning how to treat your brain.
