Losar Celebration with Khenpo Kunga und Lama Trinley March 5, 2022 We are very happy to announce that there will be a special Losar celebration with Khenpo Kunga and Lama Trinley on March 5th. Losar is a very important time in the Tibetan Buddhist calendar, marking the Tibetan New Year and coinciding with what is known as the "month of miracles". We would love to have you join us for this special occasion. Khenpo Kunga and Lama Trinley will tell us about the profound meaning and significance of Losar, and lead us in the practice of the Nectar of the Path, followed by a short Tsok ritual feast offering composed by Mingyur Rinpoche. They will also explain the meaning and benifits of the Tsok practice, and everyone is invited to bring food and drink to participate in the practice. We will then share wishes for the world and celebrate the beginning of the Tibetan New Year. The event will involve Buddhist practices, but all are welcome. Translation from English will be offered in Chinese, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.
