What is Path of Liberation?

What is Path of Liberation?
“Mingyur Rinpoche has laid out a very clear pathway for committed students who want to follow the Buddhist path,” Tergar instructor Myoshin Kelley said.

“In a world where there are so many different paths being offered, it is really helpful to have someone with greater wisdom be able to say, ‘This is what’s important.’”

This Path of Liberation presents a series of meditation techniques from the Mahamudra and Dzogchen traditions designed to strip away the causes of suffering and uncover the radiant awareness that underlies all experience.

May 31–June 2, Mingyur Rinpoche will teach the practices central to beginning this training live from his home in Kathmandu, both online and in person. The ability to receive these Vajrayana teachings directly from Mingyur Rinpoche at this historic retreat will be an incredibly precious opportunity.

Participants will receive the reading transmission for Mingyur Rinpoche’s Nectar of the Path, streamed live from the Osel Ling Monastery in Kathmandu, Nepal.

This practice provides a complete overview of the path in a daily practice format and includes topics such as the four thoughts, refuge, bodhichitta, loving-kindness and compassion, guru yoga, and nature of mind.

“I want to acknowledge that it often feels like a big step if we are new to Vajrayana Buddhism,” Mysoshin shared.

“If you have concerns, this is normal, and I appreciate how Rinpoche can make what seems very complex easy and accessible. Tergar also provides wonderful support and resource materials that are very helpful.”

Begin or continue the Path of Liberation by registering for Level 1: Mind Creates Reality.
