Buddhist Psychology:
Mind Explained
Tergar 2024–25 Transmission with Mingyur Rinpoche
|
|
Dear susanto .,
The
Buddhist way of studying the mind and how it can be transformed is
called Abhidharma. This profound exploration of the mind enables us to
deepen our understanding of how consciousness operates and eventually
recognize our true nature beyond the thoughts, emotions, and unconscious
beliefs that shape the way we see the world.
While on retreat in 2021, Mingyur Rinpoche composed the book Stainless Prajna: Stages of Meditation on the Treasury of Abhidharma,
based on the classic work of the great Indian master Vasubandhu. This
is the first time Rinpoche will teach this step-by-step meditation guide
to a wider audience!
Buddhist Psychology: Mind Explained begins with a free kickoff webinar with Mingyur Rinpoche on August 3rd, 2024. We invite you to visit this page with all the information you need to join the online events, retreats, and courses.

“The
Abhidharma is an invitation to smash, to break down, to cut through,
and to completely destroy and overcome every tendency toward extremes of
arrogance, greed, and bewilderment.”
